Recipe serves 6
Ingredients:
- (2) jars Cent’Anni Sauce (Classic Marinara or Arrabbiata for a spicy kick )
- (4) 6.5 oz. cans clams with juice
- 1.5 lbs Spaghetti
- Chopped flat leaf parsley
- Grated Pecorino or Parmigiano cheese ( Optional )
Directions:
Cook pasta to "al dente" following package directions
Pour Cent’Anni sauce into a saucepan and bring to a simmer
Drain clams and reserve juice
After sauce is heated through, add clam juice and simmer 5 minutes
Add clams and simmer 5 more minutes
Divide spaghetti and ladle sauce and clams over it
Add parsley and optional cheese
