Red Clam Sauce

Recipe serves 6



  • (2) jars Cent’Anni Sauce (Classic Marinara or Arrabbiata for a spicy kick )
  • (4) 6.5 oz. cans clams with juice
  • 1.5 lbs Spaghetti
  • Chopped flat leaf parsley
  • Grated Pecorino or Parmigiano cheese ( Optional )


Cook pasta to "al dente" following package directions

Pour Cent’Anni sauce into a saucepan and bring to a simmer

Drain clams and reserve juice

After sauce is heated through, add clam juice and simmer 5 minutes

Add clams and simmer 5 more minutes

Divide spaghetti and ladle sauce and clams over it

Add parsley and optional cheese
