HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP THE PACKAGE?
We will package up & process your shipment within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. All of our shipping is delivered through UPS Ground. The delivery time will vary based on the shipping address.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Yes! After your order is finished processing (1-3 business days), we will automatically send you your UPS shipping tracking number via email.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?
On the product detail pages, you can choose from 'one time purchase' or 'subscribe' before you add the item to cart. You will also be prompted at this time to choose your shipment frequency (i.e. how often you want your delivery).
WHAT ARE MY SHIPMENT DELIVERY FREQUENCY OPTIONS?
For all of products we offer delivery subscriptions every 1, 2, & 3 months.
HOW DOES BILLING WORK?
Your first order date serves as your recurring bill date. Depending on you delivery frequency, your recurring bill date will be on the monthly anniversary of your first order date. From that date, we'll need 1-3 days for processing and then the item will ship with UPS. For example, if your first order date is a monthly subscription on April 15th - your recurring bill date will be on the 15th of May.
