Recipe serves 4-6
- 1 lb pound Italian sausage
- (2) jars Cent’Anni Classic Marinara
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb Penne pasta
- 1 cup grated parmigiano cheese
- 1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook sausage over medium heat until it is no longer pink; drain.
Cook Penne Pasta to "al dente"
Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees
In a baking dish, coat bottom of the dish with Cent'Anni Classic Marinara
Add three layers evenly of Penne pasta, ricotta cheese, Cent'Anni Classic Marinara, grated parmigiano and mozzarella cheese
Top with thin layer of Cent'Anni Classic Marinara and mozzarella cheese
Cook for 45 minutes covered; uncover and cook an additional 20 minutes
