Recipe serves 6
Ingredients:
- 2 jars Cent’Anni Puttanesca or Family Recipe sauce
- 1 lb raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- ½ lb calamari cut into rings and tentacles chopped
- ½ lb sea scallops patted dry
- 1 ½ lbs spaghetti
- Grated parmigiano cheese
Directions:
Simmer Cent’Anni sauce in a large skilletCook spaghetti to "al dente" per package instructions
Once sauce is hot, add calamari and scallops and cook for a couple of minutes. Keep simmering
Add shrimp and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until seafood is cooked through, but not overcooked
Drain pasta and add to skillet to coat
Top with grated cheese
